Booking opens on Monday, January 20, for the Personal Finance/Alexander Forbes Ready Set Retire conferences that will be held around the country in March.
Personal Finance and the country’s biggest retirement fund administrator, Alexander Forbes, have joined forces to help you plan properly and comprehensively for retirement, and make the right decisions in retirement.
The all-day conferences cost R200 for one person, while couples pay R150 a person. There is a R25 discount if you book before Friday, February 21.
The cost includes a copy of Personal Finance magazine, a memory stick that contains all the presentations, lunch and refreshments. You can book through Computicket, either online or at an outlet.
The dates and venues for the Ready Set Retire conferences are as follows:
* Thursday, March 13: Durban – Elangeni Hotel;
* Monday, March 17: Stellenbosch – Spier Estate;
* Thursday, March 20: Johannesburg – Sandton Convention Centre; and
* Tuesday, March 25: Port Elizabeth – Radisson Hotel.
At each conference, experts in the field of retirement planning will address, among others, the following issues:
