Retirement fund has good bonus

The R36-billion Old Mutual Employee Benefits' Guaranteed Fund has declared

a total bonus of 16 percent for the 12 months to the end of June 2000.

This amounts to a real (after inflation) return of 10,9 percent, before

retirement fund tax and fees.
