The interest rate the taxman charges you on unpaid taxes has been cut from
16 percent a year, to 14,5 percent, in line with recent cuts in other
interest rates, the South African Revenue Service has announced.
The interest rate the Revenue Service will pay you, if you pay too much tax,
has also been adjusted, from 12 percent a year, to 10,5 percent a
year.
