South Africa needs 180,000 homes for its ‘new’ residents

In Gauteng alone, more than 60,000 new homes are needed to keep up with the growth in residents. This is followed by KwaZulu-Natal, with more than 31,000 homes needed, and the Western Cape with almost 26,000 homes needed.
