A CHAMPION mentality is the root of greatness – this is what the people at Life College Mindset Academy Association believe in.
“Shift mindsets, shift results,” said Pat Pillai, founder and CEO of the Life College Group.
With the Nelson Mandela Foundation Centre of Memory, the association will develop content for a new programme titled Nelson Mandela – The Champion Within, which aims to reach a million young people by 2020.
The association develops psychosocial skills to prepare young people for life. The group helps to build character by developing attitudes, behaviour and abilities through programmes and mentorships.
The content of the programme will be based on the book Conversations with Myself by Mandela, and will be launched in February.
The programme will focus on Mandela’s mindset and help young people find a “championship mentality” as they study his life, coaches and mentors and his very own champion mentality. – Mpiletso Motumi
