Durban - Yes, it’s that time of the year when the who’s who of the travel and tourism world head to Durban for Africa’s Travel Indaba.

This year’s annual tourism event is themed "Africa’s Stories. Your Success".

It takes place at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre from May 8 to 10 with more than 1 000 exhibitors from 21 African countries in attendance.

The Indaba has become a huge financial boost for Durban, contributing more than R85 million to eThekwini’s GDP. It raised close to R6m in government taxes last year alone.
